- Extension and refund are strictly not allowed.
- Pick-up dates need of the mooncake box needs to be arranged 48 hours in advance.
- Delivery will be additionally charged and is not included in the voucher’s initial purchase.
- The mooncake flavours cannot be exchanged.
- The last possible pick-up date is on 4 October 2025.
- Voucher can’t be redeemed or refunded in case the mooncakes have not been picked up until 4 October 2025.
